Our Maytag refrigerator stopped cooling and all the frozen foods thawed overnight. Needless to say, we woke up to a mess of melted foods and water all over the floor. I found this company with a simple google search and gave them a call. They answered right away and said they could send someone the same day. Our technician arrived earlier than expected which was so appreciated! He diagnosed the problem right away, installed the part and got our refrigerator up and working again. Really nice guy and explained everything to me. I would definitely call them again for appliance repair. Thank you for coming so quick and saving us from buying a whole new refrigerator!! Outstanding service! I discovered the freezer part of our side by side refrigerator wasn't working and everything was melting. We were leaving town the very next day, so I needed help ASAP. Called a few different places (one never answered the phone) but when I got the number for Aitken's from my neighbor, the woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon, and at first she said she didn't think she could get anyone out until first thing in the morning, but then she got a hold of technician who said he could get to me that day! He showed up about two hours later, immediately knew what to do, and fixed me right up! Plus he was super pleasant and just a nice guy all around. Thank you, Aitken's!

I was impressed by the same day repair on a Sunday. They were the lowest service price. The service man explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. Also helped me hook my dryer vent hose up properly so now we have better air flow. Thank you guys so much.

Awesome company!! Can't recommend this business enough! They came the same day I called them. He was prompt, friendly, neat, and and worked diligently until my refrigerator was fixed. He had to leave twice to get parts but completed the job in the same day rather than making another appointment and coming back. He didn't want me to go another day without my refrigerator. I also live in South Tampa and he had no problem coming to service my appliance. Highly recommend using Aitken's Appliance Repair Service.

Our technician was wonderful, he was on time, knowledgeable and great customer service. He diagnosed the issue with our icemaker and gave us information needed to decide how to get it fixed. He offered to have it fixed by next day. Would definitely recommend this gentlemen!
